What We Offer
Our dedicated Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG) service provides friendly, practical support to help people understand their options, access the right services and take the next step with confidence.
We can help with a wide range of everyday issues, including benefits and pensions, disability support, utility bills, passport applications, school admissions and hospital appointments. We also provide immigration advice at OISC Level 1.
Our aim is simple: to make things easier to understand, help people navigate services and ensure they know where to go for further support when they need it.
Whether you need help with a form, have a question about your entitlements or aren't sure where to turn, we're here to listen, explain and help you move forward.
Supporting Your Health & Wellbeing
Our Health Champions help promote healthy living and wellbeing within our community. Through our Health Champions programme, we provide information, workshops and health checks, helping people make informed choices about their health and wellbeing.

We work in partnership with the NHS, social prescribers and local healthcare services, connecting people with trusted health information, support and services in their local community.
Whether you need help with a form, have a question about your entitlements, want to find out more about looking after your health, or simply aren't sure where to turn, we're here to listen, explain and help you move forward.
